Honor - Recognize - Remember

Our goals are to Honor an Alabama Veteran, Recognize Alabama Scholarship Recipients and Remember Alabama’s Fallen Soldiers. By standing in the financial gap of the more than one million dependents adversely affected by war. Folds of Honor provide educational scholarships to the children and spouses of those killed or disabled while serving our nation. We embraced the Game of Golf as a platform to expand public awareness and rally like-minded Alabamians’ to champion this Honorable Mission. Combining the financial commitment from our corporate partners, business and community leaders along side military members and individual patriots.

Recognize Alabama Scholarship Recipients

Through efforts like the Patriot Shootout of Alabama, the Folds of Honor Foundation were able to award 134 scholarships statewide, totaling $657,600 for the 2018/2019 academic year. However, for the first time, 32 Alabama families did not receive the scholarships they were eligible for due to a lack of funding. Our work remains incomplete; our goal is to leave no Alabama family behind.

Remember Alabama's Fallen

Our focus on Monday during the Patriot Shootout Opening Ceremonies is to remember and recognize the 120 Alabama Soldiers who have fallen in military operations while serving our country. As Americans, we feel a collective duty to honor those who have sacrificed by serving the families they leave behind.
